Travel LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting located in Clovis, New Mexico. Start date 04/01/2026 for a 4-week contract. Weekly pay range is $873–$947 with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift is 3x12 nights. This temporary travel assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a skilled nursing setting.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration in the patient record per facility policy and state regulations.
- Monitor vital signs, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic comfort measures for residents.
- Support wound care, dressing changes, and specimen collection as directed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support infection control and patient safety procedures.
