Step into a rewarding chapter as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, with an assignment rooted in the heart of New Mexico in Clovis. Beginning 03/16/2026, this multi-week opportunity invites you to bring your skill, warmth, and clinical expertise to residents who rely on steady hands and thoughtful leadership. With guaranteed 36.0 hours per week and a competitive weekly range of $953-$979, you’ll experience consistent, meaningful work that respects your time, talents, and professional growth.
Clovis, a town rich with culture, community, and access to the stunning landscapes of the Southwest, offers more than just a clinical assignment. You’ll have the chance to enjoy quiet mornings on sunlit porches, strolls in nearby parks, and easy access to the natural beauty of New Mexico—from wide desert skies to scenic byways. And for nurses who crave variety, there’s the possibility to extend your assignment across different facilities and locations within the United States, expanding your professional network while delivering exceptional long-term care.
In this role, you’ll be at the center of resident well-being. You’ll assess needs, monitor chronic conditions, administer medications and treatments under appropriate supervision, and ensure care plans reflect changing health statuses. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support restorative care, mobility, nutrition, and safe daily living activities. Your day-to-day duties include IDT communications, vital signs assessment, wound care, documentation in electronic health records, and strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols. You’ll have the chance to mentor entry-level staff, lead by example in person-centered care, and deepen your expertise in geriatric assessment, palliative considerations, and care transitions. The environment emphasizes learning: ongoing education, opportunities to pursue certificates relevant to long-term care, and pathways to expand your scope of practice within a supportive framework. You’ll find a structured, resource-rich setting designed to help you thrive while making a tangible difference in residents’ lives.
The package includes competitive benefits designed to attract and retain dedicated professionals. Beyond the weekly pay, you’ll find a bonus structure recognizing performance and continuity; housing assistance to ease relocation and lodging logistics; and opportunities to extend your contract should you wish to remain in this region or explore new ones. You’ll never travel alone: a robust 24/7 support system is available as you work with the company, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and coordination whenever you need it, along with a dedicated field team and nurse recruiters who understand the realities of long-term care in diverse communities.
