Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration according to policy.
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in resident condition, and escalate as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and support safe mobility.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the resident care plan and electronic records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement plans and respond to call lights.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- Ability to work evenings in a long-term care setting.
-Local candidates preferred for a Seaford, DE assignment.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric care is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to document clearly.
- Willingness to commit to a 2-week assignment and adhere to facility policies.
