- Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining safety and dignity.
- Document accurately in the patient record; ensure infection control and facility policies are followed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
Requirements
- Local candidate only
- Active LPN license (state of New Mexico) or eligibility to practice
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric populations preferred
- Ability to work night shifts in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
