Travel Registered Nurse OR Job
Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Travel) in Burlington, Vermont, United States. Start date: 04/20/2026. Assignment duration: 16–32 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,960–$3,134 per week. Shift: 4x10 rotating. This travel - temporary assignment is in a hospital setting with OR responsibilities. The role requires active travel readiness and flexibility to meet unit patient care needs.

Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate for general OR, GU, GYN, ENT, eyes, plastics, lap, trauma, thoracic, and vascular cases, excluding CVOR
- Maintain sterile technique, assist with instrument setup, counts, and patient positioning as part of the perioperative team
- Rotate between day and evening shifts and support unit needs; respond to calls as required
- Document care and intraoperative events in EPIC with accuracy and timeliness
- Complete circulation and scrub skills checklists as part of the assignment requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (state as appropriate for practice in Vermont)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 2 years OR RN experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years
- Ability to circulate and scrub across listed OR specialties, with competency to scrub all general OR, GU, GYN, ENT, eyes, plastics, lap, trauma, thoracic, and vascular cases (CVOR not included)
- Flexible to rotate between day/evening schedules and to participate in call requirements
