California is a canvas of natural splendor and cultural richness. Between assignments, you’ll have the chance to explore the towering redwoods, dramatic coastline, sunlit vineyards, and alpine vistas that define the Golden State. Willits itself offers a welcoming community, easy access to outdoor recreation, and a practical base for your travels. For the adventurous, the broader U.S. landscape awaits—with opportunities to immerse yourself in new clinical environments, MRI platforms, and patient populations, all while advancing your radiology expertise.
Location Benefits: Willits provides a stable anchor in Northern California’s scenic heart, paired with a travel program designed to minimize friction and maximize learning. The program also enables occasional rotations to other locations, exposing you to diverse MRI systems, coils, sequences, and protocols. This balanced model supports professional growth, broadening your clinical perspective while preserving personal well‑being and work‑life balance.
Role Specifics and Benefits: As an MRI Tech, you will perform a broad spectrum of MRI examinations—neurological, musculoskeletal, vascular, and whole‑body protocols—under radiologist guidance and in collaboration with technologists and support staff. You’ll review orders, determine optimal sequences, tailor imaging parameters for image quality and patient safety, and administer contrast when indicated and within regulatory guidelines. You will carefully position patients, monitor comfort and vital signs, practice rigorous safety protocols for magnet safety and contrast administration, and troubleshoot equipment with prompt escalation when needed. You’ll contribute to QA processes, optimize throughput, and participate in continuing education to stay at the forefront of MRI technology. This role includes a competitive compensation package: weekly pay in the range of 2,121–2,190, with a potential completion bonus and opportunities to extend or transition to additional assignments. Housing assistance is available to ease relocation, and optional stipends may apply to fit your housing needs. You will have access to 24/7 support throughout your travel with the company—an expert operations team to help with scheduling, credentialing, tech‑support, and on‑site resource coordination—so you can focus on clinical excellence and patient care. There are no guaranteed hours, offering flexibility to align with facility demand and your personal planning.
Company Values: Our partner organization is grounded in empowering staff, fostering clear, respectful communication, and building a supportive, inclusive culture. You’ll discover defined pathways for career advancement, including credentialing support, sponsorship for specialty certifications, and leadership development opportunities.
