MRI Technologist – Radiology with MRI specialty in Hilo, Hawaii, United States. Start date 09/07/2026. Duration: 15 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,507–$2,721 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: 10-hour shifts. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Independently perform clinical diagnostic MRI examinations in accordance with department protocols
- Prepare patients, position appropriately, select imaging protocols, and acquire high-quality images as ordered
- Operate MRI equipment (GE systems preferred) and adjust sequences to meet quality standards; use EPIC when available
- Document examinations and imaging results in the electronic medical record; communicate findings per physician orders
- Maintain patient safety and comfort; adhere to safety guidelines; participate in on-call and standby duties; collaborate with radiologists and other technologists as needed

Requirements
- Licensure: None required; Hawaii radiologic imaging license is highly desired
- Certifications: ARRT (MR) or AMRIT; BLS certification required within six months of employment
- Education: Successful completion of an accredited MRI program with certificate or associate degree, or ARRT advanced registry in MRI
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience demonstrating ability to perform clinical diagnostic MRI procedures
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a rotating schedule, including weekends and on-call shifts
- Additional: Must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend an employee health appointment
