Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in the Emergency Department according to established standards and the nursing process.

- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate tasks and assignments as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other disciplines to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to priority situations and unforeseen changes in patient status.
- Document care accurately, maintain charting integrity, and uphold regulatory and quality standards.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver professional nursing care in a high-acuity, fast-paced ER setting.
- Proven capacity to supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff across different roles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated clinical judgment, critical thinking, and independence in nursing care delivery.
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment and to work nights (12-hour shifts) as required.
