Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under supervision and in accordance with policy and physician orders
- Monitor residents' vital signs and overall condition; document findings and report changes to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility, ensuring patient safety and dignity
- Observe skin integrity and provide routine wound care or treatments as directed
- Document care activities accurately in the patient record and communicate with the care team
- Maintain infection control practices and patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license
- Minimum 12 months of recent LPN experience
- Ability to work 8-hour evening shifts in a long-term care setting
- Credentialing due by 10/10/2026 or ASAP
- Comfortable collaborating with licensed staff and adhering to care plans
