Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job
Registered Nurse - Telemetry, Concord, NH. This travel nurse assignment starts on 07/06/2026 for a 13-week duration in a hospital telemetry unit. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to telemetry inpatients, including assessment, planning, and ongoing evaluation
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and respond to dysrhythmias per unit protocol
- Administer medications, including IV therapies, and document interventions in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with the health care team to coordinate care, escalate concerns, and ensure patient safety and outcomes
- Administer care in a med-surg/telemetry setting with consideration for acuity and staffing ratios; respond to emergencies and participate in rounding and discharge planning as appropriate
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission; NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses
- BLS required; NHISS needed prior to start; ACLS preferred
- 1–2 years minimum Med-surg experience; tele/telemetry experience preferred; open to CCU candidates who are fluent with med-surg ratios and acuity
- Up-to-date resume including 2+ years of experience in the specialty and documentation of travel experience
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required; on onboarding, a dysrhythmia exam with a preferred score of 80% is required
- Driver’s license with address matching demographics
- RTO (time off) requests must be included at submission
