Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a long-term care setting.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions according to policy.
- Perform routine nursing assessments, document findings, and report changes promptly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts (06:45–19:15) in a long-term care environment.
- Must pass background check and drug screening; eligible to work in the United States.
