Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound examinations across abdomen, gynecology, and vascular imaging; contribute to breast imaging and biopsies as part of the breast care center workflow
- Obtain patient history, prepare and position patients, ensure comfort, and maintain patient safety throughout imaging procedures
- Operate ultrasound equipment, optimize image quality, document findings, and coordinate with radiologists for interpretation
- Document exams and results in the electronic medical record (Epic) in a timely and accurate manner, within the past two years
- Assist with breast biopsy procedures and work closely with the breast care team during imaging-guided interventions
- Maintain sterile technique, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in unit and facility communications as needed

Requirements
- License: License on file at time of submission
- Certifications: ARDMS certification in abdomen, gynecology, and vascular; BLS; Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience; experience in a breast care center and performing breast biopsies
- Setting: Experience in a large teaching hospital environment preferred
- EMR: Epic experience within the past 2 years required
- Other: Ability to work the four 10-hour night shifts (Sun–Wed) and weekends as needed; reliable transportation to and from the assignment
