Responsibilities

- Document care plans and resident progress accurately in the charting system
- Assist with activities of daily living and support resident comfort and safety
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet individualized resident goals and care plans
- Maintain infection prevention practices and ensure a clean, safe caregiving environment
Requirements
- Active LPN license (state of NM) or eligibility to obtain license
- CPR/BLS certification
- 1 year of recent LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and the 3x12 schedule
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and regulatory compliance
