Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care — Havre, Montana, United States. This travel temporary assignment begins 06/17/2026 and runs for 8 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,607 to $1,674. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, you will provide direct resident care in a long-term care environment and support the nursing department’s philosophy and standards. Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Unit Manager, participate in assessing, planning and implementing resident care
- Monitor residents, document assessments, vital signs, and changes in condition; update care plans as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per orders; ensure accurate documentation of nursing actions
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to the nursing plan
- Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity; promote a clean and safe environment
Requirements
- Current Montana license to practice as an LPN or RN (active or eligible)
- Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program
- Ability to learn and retain pertinent information; strong communication skills
- Reliable contact information, including a current phone number
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a long-term care setting
- In-state Montana travelers will not be considered unless located more than 250 miles from Havre
