Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation and treatment planning for patients within a PT scope of practice.
- Implement individualized treatment plans, supervise progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Document patient assessments, goals, progress notes, and discharge planning in a timely, compliant manner.
- Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient function and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs, safety, and home exercise progression.
- Maintain equipment safety, adhere to infection control and documentation standards, and participate in quality improvement activities.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Minnesota (or eligible for Minnesota licensure)
- Ability to work in an inpatient care setting and participate in a 13-week travel assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; effective documentation abilities
- Willingness to participate in credentialing processes required for travel assignments
- Commitment to adhering to professional standards and patient-centered care
