As a Med Surg RN on our team, you’ll manage a dynamic patient population—from post‑operative recoveries to acute medical cases—perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, monitor vital signs, and respond decisively to changes in condition. You’ll contribute to care planning, implement evidence‑based interventions, and engage in discharge planning and patient education to empower individuals and families.
