Travel Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Job
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care/Nursing Home position in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: April 1, 2026. Assignment duration: 6 weeks. Weekly pay: $644–$681 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., three days per week. LOCAL ONLY: local candidate preferred. This travel-temporary assignment is offered through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility and safe transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Monitor residents’ condition and report changes to the licensed nurse promptly
- Provide feeding assistance and support hydration during meals
- Observe and document vital signs and changes in health status per facility policy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in compliance with infection control practices
Requirements
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Prior CNA experience in a LTC environment is preferred
- Physical ability to perform lifting and assisting with residents for 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CNA certification or eligibility per state requirements (as applicable)
- Ability to read, understand, and follow resident care plans and documentation
