Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under supervision, including monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration following policy
- Perform routine nursing procedures and assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Monitor vital signs, assess needs, and escalate concerns to the supervising RN or physician
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and documentation in the patient record
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans
Requirements
- Active, current LPN license in New Mexico
- Ability to work the stated night shift schedule (3x12-hour nights)
- Comfortable providing care in a skilled nursing setting and following care plans
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States and to undergo standard employment screenings
