Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor patient conditions, perform routine assessments, and report changes promptly
- Perform routine nursing duties including vital signs, wound care, dressing changes, and basic care planning
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote safety and mobility
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and adhere to care plans and facility policies
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (per job requirements)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work night shifts (18:00–06:30) and commit to a 9-week travel assignment
- Prior SNF/long-term care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills to work with the care team
