Registered Nurse — Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Bellaire, Michigan. Start date: May 21, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,926–$1,966. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Setting: LTC - Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques and facility policies.
- Observe residents, document significant conditions and reactions, and notify supervisor, physician, and family as needed.
- Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and assess resident condition to detect deviations.
- Coordinate nursing services on the unit; assign duties to ensure resident needs are met per physician orders and regulations.
- Maintain records for unit narcotics and document admissions, discharges, transfers, and incident reports per policy.
- Participate in the care plan process; complete nursing assessments and resident care plans accurately and timely; contribute to audits and ongoing staff development as directed.
Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license (Nursys as applicable)
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- 2+ years of experience in LTC, SNF, or Med/Surg settings
- Must have completed at least one successful travel assignment as an RN
- COVID-19 vaccination status; if declined, mask requirement per policy
- RTO cannot exceed 5 days (no post-offer approvals for longer periods)
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and maintain resident confidentiality; ongoing compliance with Michigan licensure requirements
