Overview
Radiology Tech – Mammography (Mammo Tech) in Cumming, Georgia. This travel assignment is for 13 weeks, starting 09/09/2026, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work setting is outpatient imaging within a hospital environment. Compensation is $2,318–$2,412 per week. Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient imaging services including mammography, breast ultrasound, bone density, and breast biopsy procedures.
- Position patients, ensure comfort, and optimize image quality; follow ALARA radiation safety practices.
- Operate mammography equipment, adjust exposure parameters, and document procedures and results for radiologist review.
- Assist with breast biopsy procedures when indicated; maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout.
- Coordinate with radiology and nursing staff to minimize patient wait times and ensure smooth workflow.
- Holiday coverage as required by site guidelines (two major holidays and one minor holiday annually).

Requirements
- ARRT certification in Radiography; American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mammography within an outpatient imaging setting.
- Proficiency in outpatient imaging modalities including mammography, breast ultrasound, bone density, and breast biopsy procedures.
- Ability to work the listed schedule (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri) and travel to the assignment location.
- Eligible to work in the United States and hold the necessary credentials to practice in Georgia.
