Overview
Radiology Tech – CT Tech needed for a travel assignment in Morrisville, Vermont, United States. Start date is 11/02/2026 for a 13-week engagement with guaranteed 36 hours per week. This rotating schedule includes a set 3x12 shift pattern (Wednesday through Friday) from approximately 9:00 am to 9:30 pm. The assignment is in a hospital-setting imaging environment and is designed to support patient care through the winter season.

Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanners to acquire diagnostic quality images following requested protocols and radiologist directions.
- Position patients and select appropriate imaging parameters; implement shielding and safety measures to minimize exposure.
- Administer contrast agents per protocol, monitor patient status, and respond to adverse reactions.
- Verify patient identity, orders, and documentation; ensure images are accurately labeled and stored in the PACS.
- Assess image quality, perform adjustments or rescans as needed, and communicate findings or concerns to radiologists and nursing staff.
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and work area; adhere to infection control and radiation safety guidelines.

Requirements
- Active license/permit to practice radiologic technology in Vermont or eligibility per state regulations
- CT certification or ARRT CT certification with eligibility; current registration preferred
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent education for licensure and practice
- BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Ability to work in a hospital imaging department with rotating shifts; strong patient-care and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate CT equipment, follow protocols, and maintain high image quality
