Radiology Tech – Mammography, Boston, MA. Travel assignment starting 10/26/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $3,008-$3,084 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is 10-hour days. Work setting: hospital-based breast imaging / mammography.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic mammography examinations, including standard 2D and tomosynthesis imaging, ensuring image quality and patient safety.
- Precisely position patients, apply appropriate compression, and minimize repeat exposures.
- Adhere to ARRT Mammography and BLS protocols; maintain patient records and images in the modality’s information systems.
- Verify patient identity, explain procedures, monitor comfort, and respond to concerns during imaging.
- Assist radiologists as needed with image acquisition, quality control tasks, and equipment checks for breast imaging.
- Maintain radiation safety, follow infection control and PPE guidelines, and document imaging concerns or anomalies.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts license to practice radiologic technology (MA license)
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with Mammography credential
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of experience in a mammography/radiology setting
- Ability to work a 10-hour shift in a hospital environment and meet assignment requirements
