Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – long-term care / nursing home setting – Rochester, New Hampshire, United States. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 04/01/2026 for 5 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $655 to $703 per week with guaranteed hours of 37 per week. The shift is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Local-only assignment in a community-based LTC environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding as needed.
- Support mobility and transfers using safe techniques; assist with positioning and daily ambulation.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, mood, appetite, or safety concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident observations per care plans.
- Promote resident safety, monitor call lights, and assist with meal service and bedside tasks as directed.
- Follow care plans and facility policies; collaborate with the nursing team to deliver consistent, compassionate care.
Requirements
- Active CNA license/certification in New Hampshire (NH)
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
- Ability to work the scheduled shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential CNA duties in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication skills and teamwork; ability to follow care plans and report changes promptly
