Registered Nurse – Oncology (Travel) is needed in Hanford, CA, starting 08/17/2026 for 8 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $762-$785 per week and 36 guaranteed hours. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including monitoring status and responding to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, with attention to safety and accuracy.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, including coordination with other disciplines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; document care and outcomes clearly and timely.
- Collaborate to optimize patient flow and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work in an inpatient, acute-care setting
- Experience or comfort with oncology nursing care preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
