Registered Nurse, General – Rochester, New Hampshire, United States. Start date: 07/01/2026. Duration: 6 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,411-$1,453 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including monitoring health status and administering prescribed medications per orders.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, document findings, and escalate changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Perform admission, transfer, and discharge processes, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain regulatory and facility standards.
- Collaborate with licensed practical nurses, certified Nursing Assistants, and other care staff; supervise delegated tasks within the RN scope of practice.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and quality-of-care measures are followed; participate in performance improvement activities as required.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire (or eligible for multi-state licensure)
- General nursing experience; long-term care or LTC setting preferred
- Ability to work daytime hours on a 5x8 schedule (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
- Availability for a 6-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Local candidates preferred
