Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care – Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date 06/01/2026 for a 10-week assignment. Weekly pay $881-$949 per week with guaranteed hours of 36. Night shift, 3x12 schedule (19:00–07:30). Local assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ health status, perform routine vital signs, and document changes in the medical record
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures to residents
- Perform wound care and other basic skilled nursing tasks as delegated
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the multidisciplinary team; escalate concerns promptly
- Maintain patient safety, adhere to infection control practices, and ensure proper documentation
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or eligibility to practice in NM)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work night shift (19:00–07:30) and maintain professional, compassionate care
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resident-centered LTC environment
- Proficiency with basic electronic health record documentation
