Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel assignment in Camden, Maine. Start date: 04/06/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,783–$1,893 per week. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Responsibilities
- Assess residents to identify occupational therapy needs and establish goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Administer therapy and document progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to adjust plans and optimize functional independence
- Educate residents and caregivers on activities of daily living, safety, and home exercise programs
- Prepare for transitions and discharge planning, including recommendations for equipment or community resources
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Maine (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited OT program
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Ability to work in a long-term care environment and manage a caseload
- Willingness to fulfill a 13-week travel assignment and adhere to the listed shift schedule
