Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) position in Santa Fe, New Mexico, starting 03/04/2026 for a 14-week travel assignment in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct, skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with the individualized plan of care
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition; report changes to supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care transitions and ongoing resident needs
- Maintain clear, timely, and confidential charting and communication with team members
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (state: New Mexico)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and follow the plan of care
- Willingness to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule
- Eligible for a travel temporary assignment and local to Santa Fe, NM
