Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a focus in Long-Term Care is sought for a travel assignments in Omaha, Nebraska. Start date: 04/20/2026. Duration: 8–10 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,421–$1,437 per week. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments within the scope of practice
- Conduct ongoing resident assessments and document changes in condition
- Monitor for adverse events and communicate findings to supervising staff
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting safety and comfort
- Complete and maintain accurate charting, MARs, and care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license to practice (LPN or RN accepted)
- Ability to work in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting
- Comfortable documenting clearly and collaborating with the care team
- Availability for the days shift and every other weekend schedule
- Eligible to work in the United States and meet any facility onboarding requirements
