Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion activities; observe and report changes to nursing staff
- Monitor and document vital signs as directed; support accurate patient records and care plans
- Support meal service, assist with feeding, and help with hygiene and elimination needs
- Maintain patient safety and comfort; respond promptly to call lights and follow fall-prevention protocols
- Communicate effectively with the care team to coordinate care and ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements
- Willingness to perform CNA duties in a long-term care setting
- Availability for 12-hour shifts on scheduled days (07:00–19:30)
- Ability to participate in a 16-week contract with guaranteed hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work at the Lebanon, NH location and adhere to facility policies
