- Coordinate care plans, supervise admissions and discharges, and oversee antibiotic stewardship, fall prevention, pain management, and nutrition support within LTC settings.
- Promote regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and privacy protections while championing evidence-based practices and staff competency.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff; identify gaps, deliver timely feedback, and implement professional development activities to elevate team performance and retention.
