Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to adolescent inpatients per established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care and decision-making.
- Support nursing administration tasks, including scheduling coordination, staffing resource allocation, and balancing staffing to patient and unit needs.
- Communicate with the treatment team to develop and update care plans, ensure safety, and provide patient- and family-centered care.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) required; BSN preferred
- Inpatient or behavioral health nursing experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work in an inpatient adolescent behavioral health setting and to work 4x10-hour days
- Willingness to travel to Saint Helena, CA for assignment
