Responsibilities
- Assess adult and geriatric patients and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses; document care and changes in condition accurately
- Monitor vitals, lab results, and clinical status; respond to changes with appropriate interventions
- Coordinate patient care across shifts and services; communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and support staff
- Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions
- Ensure patient safety, sterile technique, infection control, and documentation in the medical record; participate in discharge planning

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state of practice or eligible for licensure in Montana)
- BLS certification required
- Med/Surg nursing experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient unit
- Ability to work a rotating schedule and adapt to float assignments as needed
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Graduation from an approved nursing program with a current RN licensure in good standing

Education and Certifications
- Nursing degree from an approved program (RN)
- Current BLS certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS) may be advantageous
