Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN|RN travel assignment in Gallup, New Mexico starting 03/06/2026 for 7 weeks. Earn a weekly pay range of $1,379–$1,460 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) in a skilled nursing facility setting on a temporary travel assignment. This position is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per the approved plan of care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; document accurately
- Monitor resident status, perform head-to-toe assessments, and report changes promptly
- Support activities of daily living and mobility under direction of the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure patient safety
- Maintain charting, adhere to infection control practices, and uphold quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule and participate in a travel assignment
- Able to pass background check and drug screen as part of onboarding
