Travel Registered Nurse Clinic Job
Registered Nurse – ambulatory primary care travel assignment in Juneau, Alaska, United States. Start date 05/25/2026 for 13 weeks, with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing care in the ambulatory primary care setting, partnering with providers and staff to deliver high-quality care and efficient use of resources
- Maintain medication inventory and supplies not tracked in standard systems; perform quality control checks on point-of-care tests
- Clearly document all care and services in patient records in a timely and professional manner
- Assist providers and other staff as needed to support efficient patient flow and service delivery
- Adhere to infection control policies, participate in mandatory training, and attend staff meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment; identify and report equipment or safety hazards; support unit safety initiatives
Requirements
- Current, full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska; active at time of submittal
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proof of influenza vaccination may be required; fingerprinting and licensure verification are part of the onboarding process; start date may be delayed if processing is not complete
