Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Silver City, NM. Start date 06/20/2026 for 12 weeks. Travel - temporary assignment with guaranteed hours. Weekly pay range: $874–$958 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour daytime shifts (12-hour days). Setting: long-term care environment providing skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, delivering compassionate, patient-centered nursing services.
- Monitor patients’ condition, document vital signs, and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and compliance standards.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans, and participate in rounds and care conferences as needed.
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or eligible to practice in the assignment state) and in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work the assigned 12-hour daytime shifts and meet the 36-hour per week schedule
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills; ability to function effectively in a fast-paced care environment
