Licensed Practical Nurse (Long-Term Care) – Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States. Travel temporary assignment beginning 07/01/2026 for 5 weeks. Weekly pay range: $852–$881 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.), 3x12 pattern. This assignment is in a long-term care setting (LTC – Nursing Home). Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including ongoing assessments and care planning.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration per policy and state regulations.
- Monitor vital signs, track changes in condition, and report findings to the supervising RN.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility; support safety and fall prevention.
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and care documentation; update care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality of care and patient safety.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing (New Mexico)
- Prior long-term care nursing experience preferred; 1 year or more recommended
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and commit to a 5-week assignment starting 07/01/2026
- Strong communication and assessment skills; able to work independently with supervision as needed
- Local candidates from the Santa Fe, NM area preferred
