Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents under supervision of an RN
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following facility policies
- Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility needs
- Document care accurately in resident charts and update care plans as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care and ensure safety and comfort
- Uphold infection control, safety standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire (or as otherwise required for this assignment)
- 1+ year of clinical nursing experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work a 12.5-hour shift schedule and meet guaranteed hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficient charting and documentation
- Ability to obtain any required facility orientations and clearances
