Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (ER) in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date: 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,201-$2,342 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights, 12x3. Work setting: hospital-based ER, travel temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the ER for a broad age range from newborn to geriatric; obstetric patients are not included.
- Perform triage, initial assessment, continuous monitoring, and timely interventions; administer medications and IV therapies as ordered.
- Monitor patient status, interpret basic labs and diagnostics, and respond to emergencies with appropriate procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans; document care in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred).
- Prepare and assist with procedures, provide patient and family education, and coordinate discharges or transfers when indicated.
- May be required to float to appropriate units within the service area to support patient care needs.
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state at time of submission.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Nursys license verification with all active RN licenses; ability to verify credentials.
- RTO (Requests for Time Off) must be included at time of submission.
- ER nursing experience preferred; pediatric experience is a plus. If no pediatric experience, willingness to learn and be trained is required.
- Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required.
