- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

- Monitor patient status, administer medications and therapies as prescribed, document care, and communicate changes in condition to the care team.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Float Pool note: nurses working a unit should clock in to the unit being worked.
Requirements
- This is a travel assignment requiring work in a hospital setting.
- Availability for Night shifts (12-hour nights) during the 13-week contract.
- Med Surg nursing experience is preferred or considered during candidate evaluation.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse patient population and multidisciplinary team members.
