Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) travel assignment in Glendive, Montana. Start date: 04/20/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,319–$1,397 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Days. Setting: long-term care (LTC) - Nursing Home. This temporary assignment is in a skilled nursing environment with standard COTA responsibilities under OT supervision.

Responsibilities
- Provide COTA services under supervision of an OT, supporting evaluation and treatment planning as directed
- Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to support residents’ functional mobility, strength, range of motion, and ADLs
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, including transfers and gait training within safety guidelines
- Document patient progress, response to interventions, and communicate updates to the OT and rehab team
- Maintain infection control standards, equipment safety, and accurate charting in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements
Requirements
- Active Montana license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Certification as a COTA (as applicable) and related credentials
- Graduation from an accredited COTA program
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
