Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job
Registered Nurse – Telemetry in Concord, New Hampshire, United States. Travel assignment starts September 8, 2026 for 14 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour night shifts on a 12x3 schedule. Work setting: hospital. This opening is for a Telemetry-focused RN role requiring acute care experience and the ability to float to affiliated locations as needed.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adults on a telemetry service, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret findings, and respond to dysrhythmias in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Administer medications, manage intravenous devices, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning; ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with unit standards and policies.
- May be asked to float to affiliated units within the network to support patient care needs.
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact license; license verification via NURSYS with all active RN licenses.
- BLS and ACLS required; NHISS credentialing needed prior to start.
- 1–2 years of Med-Surg experience required; open to Critical Care RNs who are fluent with med-surg ratios and acuity.
- Onboarding dysrhythmia examination required with a preferred minimum score of 80%.
- EMR experience; Cerner experience is preferred but not required.
- RTO (time off) requests must be included at the time of submission.
- May be required to float to affiliated facilities in nearby towns as needed.
