Travel assignment in a primary care office setting
Start date: 11/02/2026
Duration: 8 weeks
Weekly pay range: $1,356 – $1,425 per week
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Shift: Day shift, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–4:00 pm)

Responsibilities
- Take patient histories and document in the electronic health record
- Measure vital signs and assess patient status; report changes to the supervising clinician
- Administer prescribed medications and injections; monitor for adverse reactions
- Assist clinicians during examinations and minor procedures
- provide patient education on med administration, treatments, and follow-up instructions
- Triage phone and in-person patient concerns; coordinate with the care team to ensure timely care
- Maintain infection control protocols and stock medical supplies; support practice workflow and documentation
Requirements
- Active New York LPN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma)
- Ability to work the day shift in a primary care office setting (Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–4:00 pm)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
