Responsibilities
- Perform general PT evaluations and treatments for a broad age range, developing and implementing a plan of care with measurable goals
- Oversee and direct the work of Physical Therapist Assistants and other designated staff
- Review clinical records, attend care conferences, and coordinate with referring providers and the health care team
- Assess needs, arrange or monitor durable medical equipment, and participate in discharge planning as appropriate
- Document encounters, diagnoses, treatment plans, and prognoses in accordance with facility policies; ensure timely and compliant records
- Educate patients and families, provide home exercise programs, and use feedback to confirm understanding and independence

Requirements
- Active Alaska license to practice physical therapy at time of submission
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, or equivalent (APTA-approved program with 2 years of demonstrated work/CE indicating advanced knowledge)
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist (Alaska) – required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in adult outpatient rehabilitation
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to assigned sites
- Ability to work in an outpatient rehab setting within a multidisciplinary team
