Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the unit to ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to the plan of care
- Serve as nurse educator for unit staff, providing in-service training, coaching, and clinical guidance
- Ensure accurate documentation and proficient use of PCC (point-of-care electronic charting) across residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update individualized care plans; monitor resident progress
- Manage daily staffing, assignments, and workflow; cover floor duties if needed to maintain unit operations
- Maintain regulatory compliance, safety, infection control, and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in New Hampshire
- Experience as an RNNPE in long-term care (LTC)
- Proficiency with PCC or similar electronic charting systems
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing setting and fulfill a 40-hour weekly schedule; willingness to provide floor coverage as needed
