Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Travel) Concord, NH
Start date: 11/16/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,190–$2,348 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0. Shift: 12-hour nights (12x). Setting: inpatient telemetry unit within a multi-site health system. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patient status using telemetry, interpret rhythm strips, and respond to dysrhythmias per pathway.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform basic treatments per physician orders.
- Perform bedside assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with nursing colleagues, physicians, and ancillary staff to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred).
- Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and unit-based quality initiatives.
- Be prepared to float to affiliated area facilities if needed and maintain flexibility with acuity and staffing needs.
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact-state RN license valid at time of submission.
- BLS required; NH ISS required prior to start; ACLS preferred.
- 1–2 years minimum Med-Surg experience; willingness to care for higher-acuity patients with Med-Surg ratios.
- Telemetry experience (2+ years preferred) and ability to manage rhythm irregularities confidently.
- EMR experience (Cerner preferred); Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding with a target score of 80%.
- Documentation of travel experience and an up-to-date resume; RTO (time-off) requests must be included at submission.
- Able to work in an inpatient telemetry setting and to float to area facilities if needed.
