Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department travel assignment in Marysville, CA. Start date 08/10/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,054–$2,205 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care to ED patients across age groups using the nursing process.
- Perform accurate patient assessments on arrival, continuously monitor vital signs, respond to changes in condition, administer medications and IV therapies.
- Collaborate with physicians and the health care team to implement the plan of care and coordinate patient flow and throughput in the ED.
- Triage and prioritize emergencies; participate in resuscitation and life-saving interventions; document care and outcomes in the medical record.
- Complete discharge planning and patient education to support safe transitions of care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (state of practice)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- For Emergency Department: PALS certification required at time of hire; TNCC certification within 1 year; demonstrated competency in IV sedation within 6 months
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience; ability to work 7:00 PM–7:00 AM night shifts; EPIC EMR experience preferred
- BSN preferred
