Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Laconia, New Hampshire. This is a travel - temporary assignment starting 06/01/2026 for 7 weeks in a skilled nursing facility / long-term care setting. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor residents for changes in condition; document and report findings to the supervising nurse
- Provide direct nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the RN and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain safety, infection control, and patient-care standards; use equipment correctly
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members; document accurately and timely
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state not specified)
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of a long-term care environment
