Responsibilities
- Perform CVIS and radiology procedures per facility exam requirements, ensuring image quality and patient safety
- Manage EPIC charting and documentation in accordance with department standards
- Support exams across multiple areas (ED, ICU, Cath Lab, D1/MS/Tele, Urgent Care) as assigned
- Maintain accurate documentation and communications with care teams; respond to call requirements
- Float within the hospital as needed, within scope of practice and skill set
- Complete required orientation and compliance modules prior to start and adhere to all related policies
Requirements
- NY State Radiologic Technologist license required in hand prior to start; permanent NY license required (temporary licenses not accepted)
- ARRT or CCI certification
- EPIC experience
- Minimum 2 years’ CVIS/Rad Tech experience; travel experience preferred (not required)
- Basic EKG competency; Relias EKG exam must be completed within 72 hours of signing and pass with 100% to prepare for onsite exam
- Healthstream modules must be completed by 7:00 AM on the Wednesday prior to start (exceptions apply); local radius restriction applies: permanent address within 50 miles of the work location not accepted
